Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Analyst, will be responsible for the delivery of continuous improvements initiatives, change management and support activities related to the implementation of ADP Workforce Now. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the incumbent will work closely with the Project Manager, HR and IT to understand all current HR business process and provide recommendations that will contribute to creating more efficiency in our HR Operations through the use of an HRIS system.

This is a 12 month contract to support the implementation of ADP Workforce Now.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Mapping/Continuous Improvement

  • Understand and document current processes, business requirements and perform impact analysis
  • Coordinate the design, documentation and approval process of proposed optimizations
  • Facilitate discussions/workshops amongst various stakeholders within the organization
  • Able to perform complex reporting and analytics in order to provide quantitative measurements to business performance
  • Work to standardize and clean up the data and maintain its integrity through process, reporting and governance
  • Monitor data integrity and consistency between ADP Workforce Now and other information systems.

Support

  • Provide on-going support to end users (management self-service and employee self-service)
  • Responsible for performing Unit testing and participating in system & user acceptance testing

Change Management

  • Coordinate and deliver change management activities including communicating efficiently to our stakeholders/impacted audience
  • Define training initiatives and develop training documentation on business process & HR systems (Management Tool Kit, Employee Tool Kit…)
  • Deliver training to prepare/support key users and our global HR team to ensure adoption and sustainability

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in HRIS, Change Management
  • Experience in the delivery of HR Solutions and Change Management activities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with HRMS data technologies, preferably ADP WorkForce Now
  • Knowledge of the human resources practices and its impact on the organization.
  • Deep knowledge using/ administering/maintaining HR technologies (HRMS, Learning, Data Analytics, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving technical aspects of these systems
  • Experience working with large data sets and multiple data sources
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a high personal accountability for results.
  • Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.
  • Is a well-rounded HR professional who is able to prioritize, problem solve, research issues, and analyze data
  • Is able to focus on priority tasks in fast paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Strong skills in gathering and analyzing complex data.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to understand a variety of complex problems and generate creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping practices sufficient to develop departmental processes and produce analysis of existing technology needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
